Sample diagram: Support function interactions

I created this custom diagram to clarify something not obvious in a traditional Business Function Model hierarchy diagram: management functions support each other, not just the delivery functions (the main operations of an organization).

For example, the Information Management function requires some planning. Even if that planning is done by the Information Management department, it is still a planning function. (As a business architect, I look for similar functions that might be done with the same processes, people and software.)

Note: This diagram is based on work I did for a client, but identifying information has been removed. It shows only some of the many support functions found in large organizations.
