Toronto’s hippest new arts venue is the Hearn, once a coal-and-gas-burning electrical generation plant. It is open this June for the Luminato festival and drop-in visits.
These shots were taken with a Nikon D3100 and a Tamron 18-200mm lens. (I wish I had brought a wide-angle lens, and a tripod to better capture the mood lighting.) Levels have been liberally adjusted, and I applied “classic camera” filters to a few of these photos, but there was no compositing.
